What is an On-Demand item:
On-demand items in the MFB Gear store are products that are not kept in regular inventory but are produced, ordered, or made available only when requested by you. These items are customized just for you and therefore, may take longer to arrive to you than the inventoried items.
If you order multiple items and some are labeled as On-Demand, those items are likely to be delivered later than items without an On-Demand label.
Shortages/Delays:
Thanks for your interest in the MFB Gear shop! It’s possible some of the items you select will have stock delays due to the supply chain disruptions industry wide. If your order is impacted, you will be notified by Jodi Foster of The Vernon Company. While many items are in stock and processed in the standard 2-3 weeks, some have been slow to restock due to supply chain disruptions and high demand. Please know that no further action is needed by you. Available items will ship upon completion and backordered goods will ship once stock is checked in and routed for embroidery. Thanks for your understanding!
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If the item you ordered is facing a stock shortage or production delay, you will receive an email update from Jodi Foster at The Vernon Company with details. At that time, you’re welcome to ask to cancel that item and order another item from the store.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email update with tracking information from [email protected].
Who pays for shipping?
Every order will include shipping for you to pay at checkout.
What do I do if I change my mind after my order is delivered?
All MFB Gear is made to order, so we are not able to honor exchanges at this time.
